Offer terms
*Pricing of $20–25 per linear foot applies to standard installation on accessible rooflines and eaves. Quoted footage is verified by on-site measurement, and the final price is stated in a written estimate or signed agreement before work begins. Items that may cost extra, if needed: controller/power supply, additional outlets or electrical work, work above two stories, specialty surfaces, permits.
Veteran and active-duty military discount: 15% off the installed price, verified with proof of service (such as a DD-214, military ID, or VA ID) at quote. One discount per household. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Offer valid in the Polk City and surrounding areas service area only and may be changed or withdrawn at any time before a signed agreement.
Licensing and insurance
Father-N-Sons LLC performs lighting installation in compliance with Florida law and local permit requirements.
Right to cancel
If you sign an agreement at your home or any location other than our place of business, you may have the right to cancel within three (3) business days under Florida law (Fla. Stat. 501.021-501.055). Your agreement will include the notice of cancellation.
