12-month contract special
*Offer requires a signed 12-month commercial cleaning agreement with Father-N-Sons LLC Father-N-Sons LLC. Choose one: (a) first month of service free, or (b) 15% off the agreement's recurring service fees for the 12-month term. The two cannot be combined with each other or with other offers or discounts. The free skylight inspection is included with a signed agreement and is a visual inspection only: it does not include cleaning, repair, sealing, or testing, and any recommended work is quoted separately. The free month is credited against month 1 of service. Offer limited to new commercial customers within our service area and may be changed or withdrawn before a signed agreement.
Agreement terms
Services, schedule, price, payment terms, and early-termination or cancellation terms are set out in the written service agreement. Ask for a copy of our standard service agreement for full terms. Skylight work involving roof access is performed only where safe access exists and subject to weather. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after an on-site walkthrough.
